Accommodation:

Two hotels in close distance to the Summer School's venue have been designated. Participants will be transferred free every morning from these two hotels to the Summer School venue and returned back to their hotels every afternoon on designated hours. These hotels are:

- Achaia Beach Hotel: This hotel offers both single and double occupancy rooms with breakfast and Wi-Fi use included at €72.00 and €82.00 per day respectively. In order to book a room on this hotel you should fill into this form and fax it back directly to the hotel in order to ensure booking. Additionally, interested attendees can book on a special rate for this hotel on the Early Bird registration package (see registration menu)

- Porto Rio Hotel: This hotel offers both single and double occupancy room with breakfast included at €72.00 and €98.00 for the standard room per day respectively and at €55.00 and €65.00 for the 'village' type room. In order to book a room on this hotel you should fill into this form and email or fax it back directly to the hotel in order to ensure booking and special summer school rates at reservation@portoriohotel.gr (tel.: +30 2610 992102 - 212, fax: +30 2610 992115).

- Rio Beach Hotel: This hotel offers both single and double occupancy room with breakfast included at €40.00 and €50.00 per day respectively. In order to book a room on this hotel you should contact directly the hotel at in order to ensure booking (tel.: +30 2610 991421).

Please have in mind that you can have accommodation guaranteed only if you have a confirmation from the hotel. The days the course will run is a high season for Greece so you have to hurry in order to guarantee a room in these two designated hotels.

In case you do not find available rooms in these two hotels there are additional hotels in close proximity and you can request information by contacting the local organizers.
